It is worth it? Definately! It doesn't take up much time and the going rate is a lot higher than i expected, best to put it to the back of your mind as you should hopefully be guaranteed a response from someone as you submitted a query.

The only problem is the more we earn the more we want

Hi @jonv21 , I'm assuming you've has the email too about this months invoice been in for the Falcon ads by tomorrow at 10pm.

Do we somehow have to raise an invoice? I fill in the hour I do each day so do I just leave it at that? I can't see anywhere where I would click to 'Submit all hours or 'raise an invoice' etc. Just wondered if you had any idea?

No problem @Lorna, don't worry you only have to submit your work hours by then as stated in the email.

@jonv21 hiya, I'm not with Appen etc but from what I know these companies have strict T&Cs and they may not want you sharing anything they send you on a public forum

I didn't believe it was too much as i tried not to make it very specific or too detailed, but enough to assist other forum users.

Hi @Cas I believe that you can re-do the spelling test but ONLY within a certain number of hours of first taking it. I found this out by clicking on it again when I failed it the first time - I think it came up with the time limit remaining.

Is it worth trying one of the other spelling tests eg. USA ones, to try and get in that way instead?

Hi, @FerrisBueller Got some hits on Friday, yah! Started on Saturday but struggled to get past qualifications or even understand some of it. Managed to do some today on one of the sections - earned about $5 in roughly 90 mins. Hopefully it will improve as I get to understand it more and get quicker at doing the hits.

Hope you got some more too, or will do shortly.

Yeah at first it can be a bit overwhelming. You'll definitely get faster over time. I started doing UHRS with Clickworker a couple of years ago and can get through some of the hitapps quite quickly now.

Blumming IE playing up this morning grrr. Finally managed to do a few Hits before they stopped. Wish they would explain reasons for incorrect ones though, otherwise how are you supposed to learn from your mistakes?

Hi

Have just received my first Appen payment into PayPal for the Phone Recording Task. However when I try to accept the payment in PayPal it just keeps going to a 'sorry, an error occurred when you clicked the last link' message.

I have tried clearing cookies and cache, also tried a different browser but still get the same. I left it for 30 mins as suggested before trying again but it is still the same.

Anyone else had this problem?

Hi guys,

I'm a bit new to earning money online but I've applied to Appen for a couple of jobs and had email confirmation that my applications have been received, just waiting on *hopefully* a job coming up.

I logged into Appen to see the progress of my applications but I have nothing there in the past applications section, just one job that I applied for this evening. Is it normal for Appen to remove your past applications every so often? I am able to apply for the jobs again that I applied for before, should I do this or does it confuse things on their end?

Its been AGES since I've done any kind of work for Appen (as in years!) however I've logged into their website and I have no previous applications appearing.

Is it WSE work you've applied for? If so don't forget you can apply for Leapforce as the client is different with them
