Hello 
I just thought I'd share one of my tips with you, so basically I ordered a free sim from o2's website and ive never topped it up. I then put the sim into my phone and downloaded the 02 priority app over wifi. I can then use o2's reward system to enter competitions, get money off and claim freebies - such as a free hot drink at cafe nero on Tuesdays or a £1 lunch on Mondays.
Now I have a dual sim phone, which allows me to have my normal number and my o2 sim in use at the same time so i dont have to switch between the two, but if you were to use a normal phone, the 02 sim would have to be inside your phone as you are redeeming the offer.
I'm so sorry if this post makes no sense, i am so bad at explaining stuff! but i hope this will be helpful to some of you
