Anyone used Vypr?

I saw from a fellow savvy saver on Twitter about this app called Vypr - you answer one or two questions and you get roughly 10 points per question. The snag? You need 10,000 points before you can cash out.

Has anyone else on here used this app? How long has it taken you to cash out? And what is the amount once you hit the 10,000 threshold? It's taken me at least 3 months and I'm only at 96% of the way to 10,000. Really frustrating!!

I use it and it takes me a long time. Problem is that I am vegetarian and someone said that depending on what you answer when it comes to the questions, you will get fewer or more sent through. By saying I don't eat chicken I will be missing out on a lot of chicken product related steers being sent through. Just keep checking and you should get there,

oh that makes sense...wonder what I've ticked to filter out most my questions! Just researched online you get £5 for 10,000 points. Seems a lot of effort for very little reward sometimes!

It's a fun app, asks you lots of questions about food and pays out a fiver about every 6 weeks.
That's my experience anyway, although I'm still not sure what VYPR actually means

Yes I use it and I cash out around every 6-8 weeks but it depends on the steers, sometimes I will get large batches so will build up points quickly, but it's not that frequent. It's been quiet since Christmas, hopefully will pick up soon. It must just be me! I've been on here for ages and it's at a crawling pace to get to the £5. I think I've been stuck in the 90% threshold to cash-out for over a month

Haven’t got my figures to hand but from memory my cash outs are usually 3-4weeks apart. It has been quiet over Christmas and New Year but picking up a bit again now.

It's a miracle! After ranting on here about this app recently, today I got tons of steers and managed to successfully complete an in-store steer FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. I'm now only 30 points away from cashing out. Really needed this month! I probably will stick with this app afterall, even if it's only £5 a month.

I am not even sure how the in-store part works, I have been in the stores a couple of times and it doesn't seem to recognise that I am there, guessing I am in the wrong location! I have had a quite a lot of steers but only been on it for about a week and forget to keep checking so am 29% through but think I may have a long way to go! I'll stick with it though as it's easy enough just to open the app every now and again and do the steers.

It goes off the gps from your phone. Problem is though that a lot of phones have lag on them so it doesn't always recognise that you're in store.

I used to be able to cash out fairly quickly but now it is taking me ages to reach the 10,000 points! The steers have really slowed down for me lately

I've had a couple of in-store steers, but I've have more times when it asks me to get closer to the store. How much closer can you get when you are in the middle of it?

I normally get the same - standing right in the store and it says 'get closer to the store' however, yesterday I was in a Tesco express for about 10 minutes when the app prompted me to participate in a steer - luckily I was able to get 100 points! (first time in months I might add) I'd say persevere with it because it is easy enough to just answer questions really.

After months of agony, i finally cashed out £5 with VYPR today! Can anyone confirm how long after redeeming do you usually get the money? I was thinking of leaving it about a week or so before I start to get the hump lol.

I too have signed up to VYPR (what does that stand for) but like others have said I’m not getting many steers. Hoping to do some in store ones this week to boost the points!
