No @Jon it is NOT a pain, a simple click soon sorts it out - NOT worth any hassle on your part, thanks :)

It was just a simple query from this bird brain, ha ha!

I’d noticed on the previous set up an area where you can see who’s currently online. This is broken down into Members, Visitors and Robots. I thought the Robot part was a joke - until I was just looking around in the revised set up and there really are Robots on the site! Please can someone explain to me what is a robot in this context?

@Jon before the upgrade for a few weeks was an excellent wee feature at top with pull down menus with direct links to various sub forums (For example there was one for Task Apps with direct links to Roamler,T360,BME etc...) any chance this can be reinstated, or, the search function have maybe an advanced mode.. i been trying to find the BeMyEye thread, typed "BeMyEye UK" in search, it, removed the "UK" as too short a term, so only searched for BeMyEye, however after 6 pages of results it still hasn't found the BME thread, almost every single search result is the "December money making challenge" where someone has mentioned BeMyEye... would it be leaner if it only included one thread containing the term "BeMyEye" rather than every post maybe? Edit: now found it

not sure if this is related to the changes, but i forgot my password for my other account and when i got the reset password link, i could not type in the boxes at all without it redirecting me to profitaccumulator. so i have had to make a new account which is grrr.

I like the new (not so new anymore!) style. I haven't logged in for a while so it looked different. All good, a change is as good as a rest, they say.

This is how the search works ;)

Not sure if you understood my original query @Jon , so thought I would show you what I meant exactly;

When I click on the 'search' box to type into it:

2ls7aj7.jpg

It then takes me to this, with no search box to type into:

ok4mxs.jpg

and the ONLY way I can then actually SEE what I am typing is to click on the 'Advanced' box, which takes me to the keywords 'search' box.

However, when I am in the second example above, I have discovered that if I type the words on my keyboard and click on the blue 'search' icon, it WILL
come up with successful searches for me.

Is this just me? Is it because I am doing it from a desktop pc? Is this normal?

I don't want to create a load of hassle/work for you - I'm just curious, thanks!
