Hi Cas, we send these out towards the end of each month so you should receive it late next week or early the week after. Each month's invoice should include all jobs for that calendar month. Shepherds usually keep a tally of all jobs completed but if you're unsure of anything you can contact our operations team who will be able to check what reports we've received from you.i haven't received an invoice template as of yet .when would this be sent out ?
also when is the cut of dates? and how do i tally up all the task payments i have done, so that the invoice information is correct ?
