Thanks for this information. Am going to download and see what I think of this app. Seems to be a good little earner if you live in on near a big city :)

Interesting, they say you can't do one someone else has done but you did so maybe I should download it on my missus's phone and try it ;)

No harm trying... we waited about 5 or 6 days... guys on an FB forum do it often it seems. Havent done any on job spotter since then.. in total i have done 11...maybe more active users get screened more rigidly? I have also found i can approve submissions.. i get no info who user is ..just the pics...maybe ours gets screened that way?

Last Saturday I photographed a job advert in a local chemist and was surprised to be awarded 180 points for it. I thought the points ceiling on JobSpotter was 150.

Today I had a couple of app jobs in town so thought I would try to photograph a couple more job ads. First for a taxi company netted 262 points. Proceeded to take photos of around 20 more job ads in various places. A few netted the normal range of points 5-50ish but I count 10 scoring 180+. In all I added more than £20 to my earnings.

I cannot see any change to point values on the app or online. One possible reason for the change - my lifetime earnings on the app went over £100 with that 180 point snap on Saturday. This is of course speculation.

If the new points as awarded this week are the future then this becomes a decent earner!

You might want to check it out.

Oh is it? Never knew that..bad assumption

Minimum cashout was 1p when I was using it. Haven't used it in ages though as there are never any jobs near me.

Not sure on minimum payout but just cashed out £20.34 tonight. Have about £150 in Amazon now but not much I really want to buy.

I was in Bruges last week and did a little bit of Jobspotting whilst I was there. I'm not sure which other countries you can do, but if you happen to find yourself meandering the streets of a medieval European city...:)

How odd, last month I was in Bruges and saw quite a lot of what looked like job adverts (couldn't read them!).

I thought I was a saddo getting Jobspotter out, thanks for making me feel better!
