I'm enjoying this app. Been paid £40 so far. Did some tasks today and hopefully have made around £90.

Got asked to leave my first store today, manager wanted ID.

That's a real pain. Have you done any of the new Personal Care ones Yet? Just wondering how many photos they want, I've only done beer ones so far.

I've only been sussed once in all the time I've been doing tasks. I was doing a beer task for Roamler in Asda a few weeks ago and a manager who was checking stock came over and said I notice you're taking pics so I said yes I'm just checking if you're stocking Camden Ales. He said oh you work for Camden and I said sort of, is that OK and he said fine, carry on, hope everythings in order! So I said, yes I'll put a good report in and he thanked me ;)

I ended up going for a drive in the evening with a friend and did another £40 worth - we only went to shops with 2 or 3 tasks and split them up. She did £50 earlier in the day so over £200 between the 2 of us for the day!

For personal care, the items are all normally next to each other. I can normally do it in 5 mins. You have to do a start of each section, of the items and end of section. 4 categories.

Got told to leave a 2nd time tonight, had done quite a few displays so I'm waiting to see if I get any partial credit. I've told them both time ive been asked to audit and check the aisles for a company and name a random related company but one wanted proof and the other just said no. One manager said they are told in advance if anyone had to come to that. 2 places out of the many I've been to isn't bad though.

Mike the Personal care ones are a bit more work, but no need for front of shop/back of shop pics (I been commenting that those are pointless...maybe they listening LOL) i have done quite a few of them this weekend..3 tasks one store...bliss, so first is pics of every bay of washing powder etc, 2nd is feminine hygiene, then incontinence pads, then toothpaste... in small metro there is maybe only 2 bays of washing powder, fem hygiene/incontinence are usually same bay, toothpaste 1 bay... in Exrta stores can have a dozen bays for washing powder... definitely sign in at reception i have a made up ID badge with my pic, a number, a valid date and some logos of roamler,BME etc... takes 5 mins to make on computer and laminated it... gets accepted every time i get asked for ID (rare) then you can do the tasks without worry..i have the 3 task in one shop down to 12 mins for all three in and out.... start by open first one..add couple of pics near checkout...then open second task, do same pics... then repeat for back pf store pics, then work thru the questions...going to do more tomorrow after doing some Shepper tasks..

Perhaps we could get Jon to sponsor them. Moneyshed Market Research Co has quite a nice ring to it :)

Be a little bit careful about making ID's for company's you don't actually work for. Could back fire if someone ever got arsey and decided to contact them about you. I did speak to Roamler a while ago about providing a downloadable ID that we could access and attach a photo to but they weren't interested in the idea.

And of course the other problem is if you put eg Roamler on a badge and they did happen to follow it up the first thing Roamler would say to you is that you're meant to be doing this covertly. Which is why I only half jokingly suggested the Moneyshed idea. You could make your own company name up eg Mikeys Magic Market Research Co ;)

I figured since there is loads of Easyshift in Tescos and after getting asked a couple of times for ID what the hell.... Although it has a few logo on it, it clearly states "independent auditor"... did about 50 jobs today, got asked twice for ID, showed it, tbh they never even looked at it, were content that i had one. The Easyshift jobs arent required incognito (almost impossible to do incognito in some)

The Personal Care jobs have all been removed from the map now. The only ones showing this morning are the few with grey pins that people have already reserved

aw bummer was planning go out and do a few 3 task tescos still left near me
Me too, there were over a dozen around me yesterday but I was busy elsewhere. Only one got done by someone. I don't know if they'll come back. I get the impression from reading the American taskers comments that Easyshift have these on regularly, maybe every month.
