Are they taking you through the KYC (know your customer) process?

Sorry to sound dumb but what is that?
I originally tried to withdraw to a mastercard and they wouldn't allow it. They then advised to deposit £10 via visa and then withdraw again.
I had an email confirming my withdrawal had been processed on the 2nd Feb and should be back in my account shortly.
Today i noticed that my withdrawals can still be reversed so I rang up, which is when i was told about the hold and that only the transaction team (9-5 hours) could tell me why.
Seems pretty shoddy at the moment.
As they suggested depositing more money so now I can't get back this or my initial deposit, they confirmed the withdrawal had been processed when in fact it hadn't.
Will see what they say tomorrow but I won't be using again (I won't tell them that and I have valid reasons for withdrawing my total balance)

Also as a side thing, does anyone know where betfair shows the new commission you opted into, even there help chat agent couldn't tell me (only thing they kept saying was free bets / refunds would be credited at end of month - even thought i kept telling them i opted for the 2% commission which doesn't have these offers)
All their help articles still state 5%.
Is the 2% permanent?

I'm not aware of a 2% offer at the moment. The only way I can think you could check is to look at you profit and loss account and click on one of the recent bets. You should see the commission % you paid there.

So 2 weeks with PA and I’ve done the majority of sign ups and made around 1k.

But I’m so disheartened looking at the reload offers because they seem so low value. Surely it will take ages to build a significant bank.

I’ve made over £40,000 from Matched Betting alone and only £1000 of that was sign ups!!

@rninja - drop some knowledge on young @Loubla about all you can do post signups!

The 40k has it taken a lot of work? Like the reload offers say i'll make a profit of £2 is there a way to increase that or is it just doing lots of bets

99% of reload offers pay you more than £2 I would say

No it’s not taken a lot of work, I’ve just got into a routine with it all as as time goes on your confidence increases so you do horse refunds, then accas, then 2up, then price boosts etc

Great news, I've not made my way through the sportsbook offers yet but getting there.
Had a few issues but nothing major, finally got 888sport to process my withdrawal.
Have you had any accounts shut by the bookies?

Referrals aren't anything to do with the £40k
Thanks, here's to hoping I can match you both. It also gives me something to do after work.
I work an obscene amount of hours but always need to wind down after work

@Loubla, all those small reload offers will grow your bankroll steadily over time.

Off the top of my head with a 1K bank the easiest to do would be:

- Skybet Saturday Soccer special
- William Hill weekend scratch
- William Hill special treble
- GoWager 0-0 refund
- All the weekly free bet clubs
- Casino free spins - either no risk free spins or low risk £5/10 offers

And loads more too. I signed up to buzzbingo last night with £10 and they have a good welcome offer and some tasty reloads.

Oh and then you've got enhanced multiples at the likes of Betway, Unibet, 12bet, The Pools, etc

Plenty to keep you busy and earning!
