Thanks...some nice pointersI usually watch the ITV opening show @ 9.30 and this means I am betting then and this is when the odds are quite good as the bookies and exchanges are loading up their kitties then.
Then for the betting - @Jon will be different (and we all have our own variations), but for me 1/3 of my bets were made ante post (this is during the special bookie preview sessions where they have some nice boosts - make sure they are NRNB) and I don't lay those until nearer the off. 1/3 are boosts and I mostly lay these off at the time (early in the day between 09.30 and 10.30), and the other 1/3 are during the races (particularly if you are doing the Unibet offer)
I'm wary of leaving the lays as it's easy to forget what you've bet (even though I religiously record) I load up the bet. Load up the lay. Recheck the odds. Play the bet the do the lay.
What is Ante post?
