I'm getting nowhere with The Pools. I signed up for their free £5 bet (PA) and then got a promotion email for bet £10 get a free £10 bet (apart from being bombarded with others). No free bet, no livechat. Emailed them (Tuesday when the bet should have been used). Nothing. So I shall take my £30 winnings and close the account. G!ts.

Lol good old pools they closed my account the day after i opened it after winning £30 on machine gun unicorn. Rather rude in my opinion, they told me there was no real reason they could give me for it a business decision.
yeah take money and run no point closing account though they may do it for you

I only stick to Saturday races and BIG racing festivals
as you can see they are a great source of income even if you only hit 2-3 a week so you don’t want to get gubbed by doing midweek horses or anything too much
