Thank you for the quick response. As mentioned, I've done the test mission on the website with no problems. I've done the survey (I think).

I signed up to them last week, but it just doesn't seem to work for me. I tried to do the initial mission, downloaded the app to my phone as instructed, but when I tried to log in on the app nothing happened. It seems I have no way of moving forward to do any missions or report bugs. I have had a few emails from them welcoming me and that's it. I noticed that several people reported app not working for login on the play store.

Im really sorry that you've had some problems here, Its not you, its us! We've migrated our entire site from Italy to the UK and currently the priority of bugs and issues are being dealt with on the website version, this is why as of now, you wont be able to do missions on the app version.

Get on board the website version as soon as you can, as we are getting ready for our first December mission and wouldn't want you to miss out!

Snap. The initial mission couldn’t be completed here neither. I did encounter a message stating words to the effect ‘that my account was still being setup‘. So no luck with Crowdville, at least until they complete the setup on their side.

yes the recent survey which consisted of 3 questions is part of Decembers mission, if you qualify for this mission, based on the 3 questions, we will get in touch with you by this week to take part in the paid campaign

Mine has changed to English. I was sent a survey but screened out. I could not see how much they would have paid if I had been the right demographic.

Is this the one about the GP? And also, when I did it, it took me to the Otium site, which is in Italian. I can't see where to change it to English. Are you able to help with that please? (Then I'll shut up...)

I have received an email about it.

Been having a bit of a nightmare completing the pilot mission. As part of it you have to download their app, which I did. However, when I logged into it, I didn't change the language from Italian to English and so obviously everything was in Italian, doh! Couldn’t find any way of changing it so had to delete the app and reinstall. Managed to get it in English now.

Then...their website crashed and now there is a message saying ‘under maintenance, be back soon’. Have all us new members caused it to shut down?!?!?

Anyway, I will try again later and see how I get on. Teething problems, I expect.

this sounds awful! this is not the user experience we want you to have at all! We are on it! Our tech team is working on these issues and more. For now I would advise you is to continue completing your activities on the website version.

Yes thats the one!

It may have taken you to the Italian version, because you weren't logged in or you logged in and then logged out, which by default takes you back to the Italian version. However this is unforgivable! We are working on this and the tech team are working on this issue.

A quick solution for this is to go to the Otium welcome screen and on the right hand side there should be a language selection

I see it now - thank-you. I was expecting it to be at the very top right-hand side where profile etc. is.

I’m having the exact same issue. Put my log in deets into the app and nothing. Had the confirmation emails so not sure what to do now.

I just got an email telling me to input my bank details but I can't find anywhere on the site I can do this?

Usually when you enter the wrong credentials the app has a tendency to have no response. Its great you have taken interest into Crowdville, we are truly delighted to have you on board, that is why at this time i would strongly recommend you register online using the website version, or use the website version on your phone.

Our first mission for December is underway we do not want you to miss out! When you have registered which should take no longer than 2 minutes. Please use the link provided by Jon above and enter our December mission.

I’m looking forward to using Crowdville, even more so now that the fee has increased for the first mission!!

Thank you, it was my error. I do apologise. I find the app is so slow at loading things however and lots is in Italian so need to spend a little time exploring the app and the website together to figure out what I’m doing.

Make sure you let @Kenneth Crowder know about any issues you are having with Crowdville

Ok, so I ignored doing the pilot mission on the app and tried it on the website. Found the bug and took a screenshot. Now when I click on "signal the bug" nothing happens!

I am losing the will to live with this pilot mission if I am totally honest. It had submitted after I had completed it, then it decided that part 1 wasn't correct and there's an issue with my photo.....

Same with me. I don't think it really matters, as long as you've done it and you know it. But @Kenneth Crowder should be able to shine some more light on that. I just did what I could and ignored the error
