I tried to do the initial mission, downloaded the app to my phone as instructed, but when I tried to log in on the app nothing happened. It seems I have no way of moving forward to do any missions or report bugs. I have had a few emails from them welcoming me and that's it. I noticed that several people reported app not working for login on the play store.
Hey pixelrSnap. The initial mission couldn’t be completed here neither. I did encounter a message stating words to the effect ‘that my account was still being setup‘. So no luck with Crowdville, at least until they complete the setup on their side.

Hi BooBooI have received an email about it.
Been having a bit of a nightmare completing the pilot mission. As part of it you have to download their app, which I did. However, when I logged into it, I didn't change the language from Italian to English and so obviously everything was in Italian, doh! Couldn’t find any way of changing it so had to delete the app and reinstall. Managed to get it in English now.
Then...their website crashed and now there is a message saying ‘under maintenance, be back soon’. Have all us new members caused it to shut down?!?!?
Anyway, I will try again later and see how I get on. Teething problems, I expect.

Is this the one about the GP? And also, when I did it, it took me to the Otium site, which is in Italian. I can't see where to change it to English. Are you able to help with that please? (Then I'll shut up...)

HI HannahI’m having the exact same issue. Put my log in deets into the app and nothing. Had the confirmation emails so not sure what to do now.

The second is to sign up with the clients app. It is a well known app. Then the survey part of the mission will be to answer the clients questions and upload proof that they have used the clients app. That's it.

Make sure you let @Kenneth Crowder know about any issues you are having with CrowdvilleThank you, it was my error. I do apologise. I find the app is so slow at loading things however and lots is in Italian so need to spend a little time exploring the app and the website together to figure out what I’m doing.
Ok, so I ignored doing the pilot mission on the app and tried it on the website. Found the bug and took a screenshot. Now when I click on "signal the bug" nothing happens!
Same with me. I don't think it really matters, as long as you've done it and you know it. But @Kenneth Crowder should be able to shine some more light on that. I just did what I could and ignored the errorI am losing the will to live with this pilot mission if I am totally honest. It had submitted after I had completed it, then it decided that part 1 wasn't correct and there's an issue with my photo.....
