These premier league games REALLY are coming thick and fast!

Your not kidding. I just noticed there's midweek games again this week too.

if anyone is near a Paddy Power shop - they're running an excellent promo recently: refund if 2nd/3rd/4th to SP favourite on selected races. Max refund £20 per race.

That + a day of Premier League action makes its the last BIG day to earn money this festive season with Matched Betting I would say ;)

Signing up for monthly profit accumulator subscription tomorrow.
I'm not sure how well I'll do with MB as I have an account with most bookies from my poker playing days.

Don’t worry about that. I started with accounts with all the major bookies. It only has an impact with sign up offers which isn’t where the long term money is anyway (obviously lol)

How do their shop prices hold up against the exchanges? Any tips for the best time of day to try it? I tried a few football offers with ladbrokes shops and their odds were a long way out compared with online.

Prices are 'ok', but it varies from race to race. Can be ace or poor, it depends on the day. Anytime of day is good really.

Lads shops odds aren't too bad for their offers IMO.

What a numpty - only did 3 matches yesterday on the Smarkets weekly offer. Didn't realise that there are no PL games on this weekend and only 1 on tonight, so I won't be able to reach the minimum 5 separate matches target - grrrrrrrrrrrr!

That is a pain. Those of us on the 2UP bandwagon easily meet the requirements. On the upside do remember 2UP counts on the FA cup matches and these ones with the first set of the Premier League teams are generally very good candidates (as most will put out a second string team - considering how busy the Xmas period has been)

Smart money already coming in for Middlesbrough, Rotherham, Derby and others for this weekend's FA Cup matches.

Hi all. I’ve been absent for a bit as had a stressful house move, then my mum was very unwell and then I have been in Australia for Xmas. Just wanted to say happy new year all. Had I not found this forum a couple of years back I would have been in deep crap with paying off my debt. I’m still far from debt free but I have some plans in place to solve that hopefully this year.
One thing I did want to share is that despite not doing any MB for a good couple of months, I was gubbed by sky last week. I have been nothing but consistent with sky and got good free bets. Then I had a break to attend to all the crap going on in life and now they’ve bloody gubbed me. Very disgruntled. Anyway, maybe it’s a sign. I still have 365 though so will still do the odd one with them.

Hope its kinder to me than old Finn. I'm sure they tightened up that slot last year. I dont think I won a penny from it in the whole of 2019 and it was one I used to like and do a few mug spins with originally.

Thanks @jkg-jkg , I do 2UP sometimes but not got the money yet to get on too many or for high stakes.
Do you cash out fully at 2UP, leave it to hope for a full turnaround, or cash out 50% at 2UP, then wait to see if it goes 2-1 etc?

Not done much FA Cup. Is it best to concentrate on evenly matched games eg. Roth/Hull and hope for a full turnaround?
Otherwise the odds would drop too low to cash out, wouldn't they?
Or is it better to go for the higher 'outsiders' in the hope they go 2UP, as the reduced odds should be higher?

Sorry for all the questions. Good luck everyone for today :)

Hi, @Lizziew24 - hope this year is better for you :)

you are lucky to have had Sky for so long anyway - I lost mine in the early days when I was still wet between the ears, ha ha!

Everyone has their own strategy, but because of my strategy - see next answer - I usually cash out to the level of my initial bet immediately (i.e place a back bet the same as my initial stake), and then see how it progresses - maybe cash out a bit more if the other side gets one back (does all depend on how 'big' the other side is) - key here is the 2UP spreadsheet to help me see how much 'pot' I have to play with.

I always go for the outsiders. Usually more successful for cups, but betting against Man City this year has been quite lucrative.

I remember somewhere someone mentioned a 14 day £1 trial with profit accumulator, anyone know about this?
