I'm a bit confused, do we record and save the commands first, and then log in and say them again to the bot? Or do we log in and do it all from there?

So when someone does this can you let us know how you simultaneously record for the chatbot thing and on a voice app? Seems as if I might have to do double the work by recording them twice.
I've binned this off, just can't get my head around it lol

I had both open and hit record on the voice app, then hit the microphone button the chat bot, said it once and then hit stop on the voice app. Renamed the file with the appropriate recording number. Was a faff but got quicker as I went. Let’s not mention having to email myself 70 times as I couldn’t seem to get the audio files into one email.
I'm going to do this tonight, do you think it's easier doing on a phone or laptop?
I'm also going to prewrite the phrases as that seems like it'll be faster.

I've been away all day so have only just written down all my comments. All sounds a bit complicated tbh, they never seem to make these things simple. Why could we not have just spoke them into our phone and sent them off from it?!

Have you deffo allowed your mic to do whatever it needs to do. A wee box popped up for me to ask. Are you using Chrome? It should automatically pick up what you're saying and then thanks you for your contribution or something like that.
I had this issue to and this rectified it:
If the pop-up window does not appear but the bot is not picking up your voice, it might mean that Chrome is blocking any website to access your microphone. Try by going to Chrome Settings - Advanced - Privacy and Security - Site Settings - Permissions - Microphone and then check if it says "Blocked". If it does, slide the cursor to the right so that this setting changes to "Ask before accessing = (recommended)". Once you do so, return to the MBUX page, log out and then log back in and the pop-up should appear asking to grant the MBUX website permission to access your computer's microphone. Click Yes and at that point the chat bot should be able to pick up your voice when you click on the microphone icon.
did you not download the files onto the wetransfer software they gave the link for which then emailed it?
I recorded everything on the chat bot first then did the voice app, whether that was right or wrong but no-one has came back to me to say I need to do it again and I’ve had the email for payment details etc.
