Always worth joining, it costs nothing but a moment to check, it on occasion gets some really tasty tasks, although few and far between, i hadnt accessed it for about 4 months and found i had money in it that i totally forgot about... so yeah, it costs nowt and you CAN make money from it, but just be sure to read thru tasks to understand them, like this phone call one, it is very easy to think oh yeah, money for a few words down a phone line..... do 100 times that with mum at night!! but this is very costly unless you are on a German unlimited phone call contract really
Thanks mabozza, good to know. Didn't get on with matched betting so doing this kind of side hustle sounds like it might be a good option for me. But will def be reading the jobs very carefully lol!

Guys, other than this international call thing (thanks for the warning!), how do you all find Clickworker? I'm thinking of signing up but haven't got any experience of it. Is it worth it?

Most of the surveys on clickworker are quick and worth checking once a day for but don't pay great. DO NOT bother at all with the peanut labs ones. They are called peanuts for a reason.......

Occasionally you might get a better paying writing or proofreading job too.

Last year there were some Roamler type jobs in chemists taking photos of shampoo on promotion, that paid £10 and was a nice quick earner.

Also, you can access URHS through clickworker, if you don't mind repetative search engine comparing results type jobs. I used to make myself do some when I had nothing else going on but I've had some problems with it working under windows chrome recently.

So worth joining but only for the better paying tasks and like most of these things it's never going to make you rich.

I have an affiliate link in my signature if anyone is thinking of joining and would be so kind as to use it.

I'd echo what Homie said. They occasionally have something worthwhile so you may as well register. They pay in euros but that's not a problem in Paypal as you can convert it to £s. One tip which a lot of UK folk have had trouble with is when setting up your account under Tax details say No to "I am commercial/ freelance" and don't enter anything in the European sales tax ID number. Clickworker are a German company and it's all superfluous to us in the UK as you're responsible for your own tax arrangements but if you don't fill it in like that they don't pay out. I had money sitting in my account for a year until I Googled and found that info. As soon as I changed it they paid out.
PS if you ask one of us for an invite we get 5 euros when you do 10 euros worth of jobs ;)

I've liked their "is this page adult" tasks as there were some laughs to be had, but only tend to do stuff like that in downtime, as it's reasonably low pay. Worth for being on the sofa with nowt better on.

How on earth do you get your money out of Clickworker. It says my payment is on hold and I have to supply to my European Sales Tax identification number. What is that?

In the payment section under Tax details it says ‘I am commercial and/or freelance select the no option and then you don’t need to supply anything else to get paid. Think the number thing is just to do with if you were a commercial company.

I have no selected and it says payment on hold. Is there a threshold I need to meet before I can be paid?

Clickworker is really only worthwhile for UHRS although the assessments have not been up in months.

Just got this email from them

Dear Clickworker,

We are looking for British native speakers to validate short voice recordings and transcriptions.

It's actually very fast to do and you can participate as often as you want! There are about 260 hours of recordings waiting for you.

Interested? The job is only available on your desktop, so check out the workplace or click right here: https://workplace.clickworker.com/ to start validating!

Have fun!

Pay if $0.02 per utterance?!?!?

This sounds right up my street. Once the karate drop off and pick ups are done, gourmet egg on toast made and kids in bed, these $0.02 will be mine. Let’s be realistic. They’ll be nothing left by then!

Well the click worker job sends you to a site called Neevo, mmm that sounds familiar, and the test question (I logged out after seeing the first one), looks very familiar as well.

I would guess this is validating the $0.07 job we haven't been fully paid for.
The first test question was 10 seconds of speech and was wrong so I gave up.
