NewVista is the odd one out now. Still cheques only but hopefully that will change eventually.I can't believe companies are still dealing out Cheques
Are Pinecone still offering Luncheon vouchers?!!?
I have just had an email from PopulusLive to say they are now paying by BACS!
Because of the Coronavirus they don’t know when cheques will be posted out and staff are working from home so BACS means you will get your money faster.
If you login go to your PopulusLive Account page and there is now a tab to select for payment type. Then you can select to still be paid by cheque or you can choose BACS. For BACS they just need your Bank Account Number and Sort Code then press submit to make sure your info is saved. That is it.
Just make sure if you have enough to be paid this month to put in your BACS info by the 6th July.
Only just received the email and maybe that was because I have only just become eligible for payment this month but have not noticed anything about it in my account before the email. Maybe they are only doing it in batches so they don’t get the system swamped while their admin people are working from home.I had the email saying they were changing to BACS on the 1st April, logged in a few days later to change my details and hadn't realised I had already reached cashout and they had deducted £50. I have emailed them today as I have no idea whether they are paying me cheque or BACS. I'm already over halfway to my next cashout with them so hopefully they sort it before then.
I really like PopulusLive. The surveys are well paid virtually no screenouts either so don’t mind if it takes me awhile to get to payout. They don’t send loads either where it takes too much time. I find I get more some months then it goes quiet. I still manage to reach cashout enogh to make it worth it every three to four months roughly so it is good to stick with. I have been a member for ages though so that might make a difference if you are actively completing surveys you get more. When I first signed up I hardly got anything but it seems to be a bit more regular now. Of course demographics will make a difference as well but I don’t have good demographics and still do better with PopulusLive than allot of other sites I tried.
Now I only do YouGov, PopulusLive, Prolific Academic, Opinium Research,Testable Minds and NewVista. (NewVista still pays out by cheque but hopefully that will change too to BACS eventually).
Opinium Research is really good too short and easy surveys hardly any screenouts. Though it is £25 payout I reached that within a couple of months after joining so good for me even without good demographics.
You just have to find the ones that work well for you and stick with them. I have tried lots over the years but the ones I do now suit me work well and are worth it for me time wise and money wise.
They automatically pay out at the beginning of the month after you reach £50.Does anyone know how you get the money from Populus? I’ve finally got over £50 but I can’t see an option to withdraw to my bank? I thought that was an option now?

Yes mate, you just missed payday. Don't forget to register your details for a bacs payment, otherwise its a long wait for a cheque.
I've been banned from SB surveys and since then, not using the site that much. Used to be a good, reliable earner.
Maybe surveys aren't for everyone but work for me because when I'm on a boring work call, I will just answer a couple.
I work full time so this is only a side hustle for me and I'm happy with any extra I get!
How did you get yourself banned?
I’ve started with Prolific but which are the best ones please?
With Branded, you get surveys which bring in over 100 points (so about $1) but only last 10 minutes or so. If you complete at least 12 surveys within a 7-day period (running from Monday to Sunday) you get a bonus (a % of all the points you earned during that week). It's pretty easy to get 1000 points every month or so. Just don't rush through the surveys though, or you'll get 'marked down'!
