I seem to remember I was sent an invitation from another site, but that was many years ago.

Heads up, they are accepting new people right now. My demographics weren't a fit apparently. They used to be the gold standard of surveys but not sure if that's true or not any more. Mixed reports.

For the £3 you can make a month from them I would say no lol

Ha yes I seem to remember the lack of surveys being an issue when I was with them years ago, but the price per survey was good.

Some of us still get £4 per survey ;)
But, they are few and far between now. Only a few per year.
Yes I have noticed the surveys have dropped down allot. Used to a couple of surveys a month sometimes more now not even one a month. Lucky to get more than a couple in a year now.

Pinecone have just updated their site. I'm sure I had some unclaimed money in my account (Only £3 ish) but on the new site I am sitting at zero.
Anyone else have this?

I can't even login to the new site just tried to check my balance to see what I have in there. I know my details are correct so not sure why it's not working. Will try it again tomorrow

Make sure that you are trying to login to co.uk rather than com. It's an easy mistake to make - cos I've done it.

Thanks I managed to get login in now and also noticed my balance is zero and should be £4. I will leave it a few days and then contact them

I got a quick reply which is encouraging. Even if it is a copy and paste job.

I'd been with them a while (£3 surveys) and cashed out about a month ago and stopped doing them now. As others say, they are now very infrequent but I must admit I found the surveys quite boring too and quite a few of the products seemed to be items I never bought or did not like, and there were no options to state this (apart from at the very end) , so of course my answers were pretty irrelevant at times - and I do try to be honest and fair in things.

I forgot to update this. All my points reappeared after a couple of days, no problem. You can cash out to your bank now too which is good. Bit of a faff the first time you do it as they dont pay you directly so you have to set up this ewallet thing which you link to your bank account, select cash out to that then withdraw from the wallet to your bank.

Sounds awkward but I can confirm it works.

I have been waiting for a £10 cash out to my bank and after a month noticed it had not appeared, just checked on the website and noticed the new way of doing it with the eWallet and had to register to get my cash out again. Would have been nice if they had told us they were doing it different, before it just went straight to your bank. I'm now just waiting for it to go into my bank.

I love Pinecone. Yes its £3 a survey, but I often get samples sent to me to try with a shorter follow up survey for another £3. I'have hand laundry stain remover, choccy, salad dressing and loads of other stuff to try before it hits the market. I find it quite enjoyable and feel like I am making a valid input into the product.

Paypal is still an option- I tend to save it for amazon vouchers though.
