Got the same response from them. Never have I been told or asked to screenshot anything, so why would I? Not even going to offer a reply to them.OMG I did not do any screen shots.

I would say just take a screenshot and keep it for emergencies, that one from today did the trick

If the screen shot is a requirement then they should have that in their induction material.
