Anyone else have the problem of not getting enough ads? Today I managed to do 27 and then it said "no more jobs for today", what do I do in this situation?
I tried this and still not getting the last 3 or 4 ads which is kind of annoying, so I only managed to do around 27 ads today. Anyone else had this problem? Or is it a problem with the tool?

I have sent them a ticket but doubt I'll get a reply till Monday. Its quite annoying that its like this, hope they sort it out soon!
Finally managed to complete 30 ads today, however when i went to dump and exit only said I had completed 26. Anyone else had this problem? Also how many lines on average do people write for the section where you tell them your thoughts?
Go back in to the ratings and then dump and exit again, it should take a minute or so to update how many ads you've rated.

It did this to me last week. They corrected my pay as it was short but they then told me I need to take screenshots from now on, as if it’s not already too much effort!
Also, just one sentence I write, sometimes 2.
Damn. just did my daily 30 ratings but remembered I'd forgotten to use the Proxy settings. Can I resubmit or are they unlikely to pay?
Hi guys, I'm new here and have a lionbridge issue. I've been a SME for them since October however at the end of November I started getting a few empty ads in each batch, logged a ticket and tried all the usual troubleshooting like clear cache, uninstall and reinstall both messenger and Facebook etc but it didn't work. Since then I've had less and less ads that work and I'm now getting totally empty batches so can't rate anything. I've logged 4 tickets and they tell me they'll speak to the client and come back to me but actually close the ticket and don't come back to me at all. Anyone else had this happen? I just want it to work so I can complete the year!!

No nobody has mentioned using a pc, I've tried other devices such as phones and tablets and get the same result. Is that a possibility then? Using messenger on a pc?

Ok, im on the Oops one, it was changed to PC use only at the beginning of the year.
Ah right thanks. Ticket number 4 has so far not been responded to, I've mentioned my tickets keep being closed with no resolution and nobody coming back to me so I'm hoping they don't do that again. I'm surprised I can't find anyone online mentioning it as they told me at one point it's affecting multiple users.
I will indeed just have to keep bugging them and expect to be removed.
