I've applied for this but I'm not sure I understand it. So you buy an item for 80 quid. Send it back for an 80 refund. How is there any money to be made?

I just sent my £79 slippers back this morning and have already had the money refunded.

So I get the £79 from lionbridge to cover the expense and then the £79 refund is all profit (taxable)

That was quick!
It was returned via Hermes so it seems as soon as it was in the supply chain from me dropping it off at the corner shop at lunch that activated the refund!

I’m not getting any response from these seller for my returns. Hate there’s no return note with the product and you have to email.
One seller cancelled my order with out notifying me and refunded into PayPal.

I have been back on the SRT rating for the last five days, having been booted into the reserve pool. Getting an error message when logging on today

Hopefully it won't be longer than a few weeks

I'm battling at the moment to return a purse (!??!) where they say I can't do it because of Covid so they are only offering me a 20% Refund!

This whole task to me has just shown up how easy it is to do it all with Amazon etc who are super transparant compared to these sort of companies where you have to bloody email them to ask for their factory / storage locker to send the item back and that's like getting blood out of a stone!

Thank you for your interest in Lionbridge and our SME program.

Unfortunately, due to a recent change in our client’s workflow, we do not have sufficient requirement for you to continue rating in the current program. For this reason we would be switching you to SRT (Desktop rating) program.

You will be receiving an separate email with regards to the orientation process for DPA OOPS project.

I was still able to use the SME tool and rate as normal this morning though.
Does anyone know if the OOPS and SME campaigns differ massively at all other than the device in doing it on?

Its not massively different, it just takes a bit of getting used to. I went from not having to write comments to having to write them now. And you have to use a proxy to access the tool. And obviously before I could do them anywhere on my phone and now I have to do them at home but it is what it is hehe.

Not being able to do it on the fly anymore is a bit of a bummer but hey ho.
Is it still 20 ads per day?

Oof. Can’t decide if the extra pay for 10 more ads is worth it.
.....unless you’re gonna tell me that the pay per ad is less and I’m now doing 30 ads per day for the same end pay...? :s
