@epicurus, sorry I misread your original offer post. you're totally right, it's a refund IF LOSE, so if your 1st Unibet bet wins - then you're all done.
Let's look at a few examples:

C.Palace vs Everton - this example assumes 0% exchange commission:
  1. UNIBETBack £40 on Crystal Palace (odds 4/1 or 5.0 decimal) to win the match.
  2. BETTING EXCHANGE: Lay £30.50 on C.Palace at 5.30 odds (exchange liability is £131.15).
  3. If C.Palace win = £28.85 profit. Offer completed (£160 Unibet win, minus £129 exchange liability = £31 net profit).
  4. If C. Palace lose, your 1st matched bet loses £8.50, but you now have £40 bonus to play with.
  5. So, place £120 worth of matched bets. For example, Chelsea to win versus Porto 1.90/1.93 back/lay. This kind of tight back/lay odds loses £1.87 across £120 of bonus rollover. £
  6. £8.50 + £1.97 = £10.34 losses from £40 = £29.66 net profit.
With these risk-free style offers, slightly underlay your 1st bet, which enables you to profit regardless of the outcome.

Also, remember for this Uniber offer it says bonus rollover bets at 1.40 odds or higher. Rollover must be completed within 7 days.

Thanks for clarifying and providing the examples. Finally did this one.

I went for lower odds on the trigger bet to
a)avoid higher liabilitys on the exchange especially if I had to repeat this 3 times or so
b)give the trigger bet a better chance of coming in on unibet and avoiding the rollover

Fortunately my trigger bet did win and I made a nice £20 profit without having to bother with the wagering requirements. I could have made more with higher odds like you said but I'm happy with the 20.

I think I first did matched betting in 2013ish and the offers were so superior back then in every single way.

@epicurus, good stuff. I think the Unibet bonus rollover might be Stake Returned. For future reference, you can always check by adding a selection to the betting slip.

Yes, I was just reading this. Ms whatever her name is could have paid this out of her back pocket! Good result though.
I think you are thinking about B365, Betfred is owned by Fred Done (and you will be).

Bookmakers are a step below Telephone Scammers, and on a par with burglars.

Betfred playing 8 places on the Grand National until the end of tomorrow.

Bet365 money back on the each-way way part of National bets.

At least that bet365 offer is better than the one I saw yesterday

Odds for the national still aren't great, at the time of writing. Hoping they come in a bit before the Bet 365 offer expires.

Also i don't think i've ever seen a horse in a top class grade one race as short as Shiskin in the 3 o'clock. I know he's record is like 1111111 but still, why would anyone want to back him at only 1.14 ? Could cause a few accumulators to blow up if he falls at the last fence or something.

Good luck today all.

This early in the day you're never going to get good numbers @ the exchanges on a big race. You're going to have to wait until the one off punters start betting to see the numbers come down, and a lot of those will difficult to predict as those punters don't use 'form' generally to pick their horse.

Shiskin gets round clean, then it wins by a hatfull (if it were the National fences I would be more worried)
