I had the same issue before and as the support team took a while I just submitted it after reading advice on here/Appen forum and then the hours were added before approval. I think it depends which hours you wait for, mine are all to do with the surveys. I submitted this month with some missing and they were there after approval. Definitely frustrating wait times though!Has anyone ever submitted their invoice late? I'm missing some hours and have contacted the support team but they haven't replied yet & it's 2 days past the submission date, will the payment be included in the next pay cycle if I'm really late submitting it, concerned they’re not going to reply until after the weekend?
