My biggest tip is to take part in the Academy cycles. It really helps you learn what is expected & as you are with other new testers it is a great environment to learn. I've had my appointment for the count today. First time I've counted for a local election - just done General & referendum before. Still waiting to hear if I'll be opening postals this year or not.

Got my letter this morning to apply for roles for the council elections in May. Been offered the opportunity to issue & open postal votes this year too.
