Hey, quite green to all of this. I know I can't get the welcome offers if I sign up to ones that he has already use - but can I not have them at all. Was thinking of signing up to them for reload offers etc. We have the same surname and address. Sorry if this is a really daft question!

Hi, followed the t&cs to the letter (have a more experienced person helping me out!). Free bets should’ve been added yesterday at 5pm - 24 after qualifying bet settled. Just checked and it’s not there. Can they be a little slower? Thanks!
