No. In fact March was my best month yet!
Can't go into my post office as they are don't see my post as essential, so bought a load of large letter stamps and sending from post box (Our PO won't take post anyway apart from parcels, they give you required stamps and make you post it yourself)...
With last night's announcement, I'm thinking I should put my ebay shop on holiday? I sell prints, but I generally post from the PO as I always worry they will get crushed in the postbox.
I don't want to be out on what might be a non-essential journey (although it is an income).
I'm really not sure. I've not been that worried, but then I wonder whether I'm being naive?
On a very selfish level we are due to have our first proper family holiday in 6 years this summer so if that is cancelled I'll be pretty peed off.
From a business point of view it's quite worrying as...
One thing we have cut back on is the amount of extra food we buy. We found we were buying so many extras and then throwing them out come January. We tend to just show normally, but must-haves are Pringles and some tubs of sweets.
I did 5 allocations including 3 purchases. The purchases were worth it for me as they were from stores my daughters like so I bought stocking fillers with no postage.
I found them laborious, but they weren't the worst thing I've done. I found I didn't have to write much and it all got accepted.
I always host and have done for the past 17 years, since we moved back to my home town. In previous years we have had my parents and the parents in law plus husband's uncle and from time to time my brother (he is widowed) and his son.
Times have changed though and my husband's parents and uncle...
