I would suggest using private mode and seeing if you can get in I have this with a different survey site, works great on Chrome, on Safari I get a cached message and even clearing things my end hasn't fixed it.

It seems the site isn't being maintained anymore, which is a shame... Wonder if it'll stay? No new members, no reports being dealt with etc....!
