It's up to you how you want to pay. You can withdraw to your account to pay or you can pay with money not in the system. They send you a monthly invoice. they cannot take the money from you directly.

Is it a forex EA that you have set up or are they a "service" that you have given your money to and they do the leg work of setting up the EA and just use your money, taking 30% of what they make?
