Probably, only me on here have problem with them. I asked for a cash transfer to my bank account on 3rd April and i haven't received it. They keep saying they will look at it. But nothing has been done. I am too tired of contacting them now.

I have lost my patience with them. After more than a month the money i redeemed has not been in my account yet and it's not shown on their website either. I don't know what to do, i complained and they kept saying sorry or understand the problem differently.

I haven't received the payment to my bank yet after 25 working days :(. Sent them a message and haven't heard back :( :(

It depends if your're lucky or not. Sometimes they never replied and i had to write over and over again. But luckily, the last time when i emailed them, they just answered me next day. I am waiting for my payment too.

I had accumulated £50 and they sent me a payment survey (on 21 March) after i had to sent them an email to remind them of that. Then they only sent me £25 instead of £50 :(. I asked them again and they promised to send me another payment survey next day. I waited them for 3 days but nothing...

If you have finished the payment process, where you put your payment details in and received confirmation from Payoneer you can start working (like i am). I meant after all of the processes of acknowledgement, you go back to Homepage and you will just see the project ''hanging'' there
