  • can i please ask how to cancel my monthly subscription for this as i am losing too much money its my fault not the given info
Can you choose cash out if you think I it's gonna pay more on your qualifying bet status
    Jon
    Jon
No, don't use cash out, let each bet last it's time
Or because I lay the qualifying bet does betfair give me back my 10 just with no winnings
Yes I am laying both but if I win 8 on the free am I not losing two on my original qualifying bet it seems I am paying 10 to gain 8
Bet stars 10 to qualify 20 free lose 10 bet free 20 win approx 15 so is this 5 profit or 15
    Jon
    Jon
You are laying off both the qualifying and free bet aren't you?
If not then a qualifying bet of 10 for a 10 stake isn't really making profit as the calculator always shows less than a 10 win for a 10 bet
    Jon
    Jon
You should aim to make 80% from a free bet so if you get a £10 free bet you should take away £8 risk free
Quick qs when using the calculator do the results show amount excluding or including qualifying bet stake
I've bet on crystal palace beating tottenham I think I do has higher odds and the teams are well matched so they have a fair chance
Not sure if you got last message so doing again can you cancel a bet on a match before it starts as I think I have backed instead of layed
    Jon
    Jon
No afraid you can't cancel a bet once it's been placed.

What is it you have actually bet on? Is there a good chance of the back bet(s) winning?
Jon I've just placed a bet and my lay account amount with betfair has gone down more than the bet I placed is this normal
    Jon
    Jon
Yes because you will betfair amount will be covering your liability as well. So if you win at the bookie your lay about + liability to will over to the bookie side to make up your winnings and if you lose at the bookie your money will increase on the betfair side. Like I said, just take it slowly and follow the videos + instructions and you can't really go wrong!
Thanks for fast response Jon is it right to have high odds for back bet and low odds for lay bet
    Jon
    Jon
The odds should be quite near each other. Just take it SLOW and follow the video guides to the letter and you will be fine!
When you lay a bookie bet you need to use cover both the lay and the liability on the exchange side yes
