There is a project for camper owners on utest platform if you are the owner, PM or email to join the project. Project with special requirement usually pays very well. (I got recently on-site test with payout more than 2000)

Very hard to say. It all depends on the project. A lot of project running during the weekend. sometimes when it comes up, need quick catch the test case slot. but finding bug always can find time yourself. I think it worth to do in the home more than leapforce/lionbridge.... a lot more...
