Come to think of it neither have I but they do have lots of 2 for 1, 3 for 2 type deals :) the best supermarkets for mark downs are asda and the co op :)
When you are really strapped for cash but still need to eat, buying bakery goods is a good little trick, either at your local greggs or at the in store bakeries in supermarkets - cheap, filling and sometimes you get really good mark downs too and can buy stuff for 10p :)
