What are your thoughts about the cost of living crisis?

It's all getting a bit serious. I have buddied up with a friend at the livery yard so we share horse care and that means I save diesel. Horse feed has gone through the roof. All the equestrian sports bodies are having to make changes to help the how centre keep going. It's a really big problem...

    Funding the Unicorn

Thought I'd drop by just to update on where I am at. Currently on target to reach my goal money wise for the year. My website updating gig is going well and they seem pleased. My online shop has been going OK, I just need to promote it more consistently and tweak the products. I had been...

Social Media What Have You Posted Lately - YOUTUBE!

It's been a while but working through a lot of stuff - this one is actually my best performing video within its first few days. All edited on the phone - This one is part of my inhand work course and part of a series. Different styles for different purposes.

I really like it - am so glad I went for that option. I am still tinkering around with it but get a steady drip of sales. I have an active page on Facebook - the irony as that is the source of most of my sales lol. I am in two minds as to whether I just had the sales page as a whole different...

    Funding the Unicorn

I had my first payment from them the other week, I was not so fussed on the wait. I haven't actually checked yet to see if its in  I got more then I do for a PayPal transaction so I am happy with that and far more than if I'd sold via Amazon KDP which is 90 days if I remember rightly...

Monthly Earnings Challenge March money-making madness - everyone welcome to join in!

Nice end to week one - I had a little chat with the racehorse trainer that I freelance for on the yard and he had noticed my website and now wants me to update his website and post updates on his runners each week all for a decent flat fee each month. I am over the moon with this! Back to the...

    Funding the Unicorn

Just checking in to say that I have tapped into an area that I really should have earlier - eBooks. I did a bit of Facebook promo (unpaid) through various groups that I am on to test the waters for potential interest. Yesterday I had nearly 300 people trundle over to my website and so far 3...

Sorry I've been a bit distant - busy building some more passive income! Pop me down for £250. I am cat sitting so that will give me a boost. My income streams are Upwork/PPH hopefully will start to come good. Amazon KDP is steady. I have given up on Appen since they have reduced my task...

Question / Discussion More madcap ideas - advice on adding a payment service to Blog

And just like that - I have done it. I need to add products and do some editing but I never would have imagined that I would have a full website with a shop 2 years ago! Will finish it off over the weekend and do a launch ;)

I had seen that about Woocommerce with the add on costs. I looked at Shopify and swiftly moved on as it's bit like Etsy with the fees, which I wanted to move away from.

Brilliant thank you @Jon and @neesharees, I have been looking at WooCommerce on Youtube - they also mentioned Ecquid. Will look further into that and Thrivecart. It's looking a bit more simple than I thought.

Question / Discussion More madcap ideas - advice on adding a payment service to Blog

First of all thanks for all the help so far, my blog is now nearly two years old and it has hugely helped in driving sales for Amazon KPD etc. I have just written my first eBook and before I go putting it on Amazon KPD, I wanted to look into the options of putting it on my website. I am also...
