Anyone going away over Easter?

We weren't planning to go anywhere until Florida in August but I have a feeling we might try and do a long weekend away to somewhere sunny!!!

I feel like I'm treading water until we go to Florida in August. I'm at the point now where i've paid for everything and it's just a case of saving for spending money now...

Ideally I need to take around £1300 I would think for 3 of us due to the crummy exchange rate which I worry may be even worse by the time I actually get around to exchanging the money!!

Hi!

Just looking to see if anyone has any ideas...

My birthday is on Thurs 25th May and I've noticed that Mon 29th this year is a bank holiday.

I'm trying to find something to do or somewhere to go for that weekend. Fri/Sat-Mon. It would be me, my partner and 2.5 year old.
Can't be too expensive as I'm quite skint right now and partner is constantly panicking about everything money related.

Annoying as I know I'll eventually find something right before the date and be paying ridiculous prices, or will just stay home and huff :)

This may not be too useful for you... but worth a look... Skyscanner is the absolute best way to find cheap flights... if you can be really flexible you put in your local airport.. tick include nearby ...leave destination blank... on the dates bit click best month (you have an option for just anytime too) then a list of countries with lowest fare pops up.... i just came back from.Alicante..cost £88 return for both us... i noticed on it yesterday flights to one of Spanish islands £15 return each leaving this month...also found a beaut... to Cape Verde £121 return (standard fare is about £800!!) Well worth a look

Have to agree here Skyscanner is ace

We've used it loads to save money and it's always gone through OK when the transaction finally goes through to the airline company ;)

That was a really good deal going to Alicante for only £88 return for two of you!
I haven't used Skyscanner before but will definitely check it out.
Sounds a really good site to use.

We went away last weekend for a 4 day holiday to centre parcs down in Longleat.

Had a fantastic time, that parc is HUGE and it was sold out while we were there so it was very busy as well.

It's no wonder they can charge what they like. They have such a huge audience which is then totally captive once they are staying onsite!!

Just been looking on CentreParcs website... Didn't realise how cheap they actually are! Which accommodation type do you guys usually stay in when you go? :)
oh boy now you're asking

Which parc are you looking at saying at?
