Have been reading about this for the past couple of hours as I can't sleep  Am I right in thinking that the theory behind it is that as long as you keep to the smallest QL as possible that the law of average will mean you end up with a second place (or whatever the offer is) at some point, whereby making your profit? Sorry if I'm stating the obvious here....

Fab. Is it best just to stick to saturdays/festivals or is it worth doing the odd couple like there are available today?
I would stick to weekends and festivals

Hopefully I'm not stating the obvious here but try to keep to races with a smallish number of runners and a low priced favourite. I usually target horses with odds under 10/1 as they have a decent chance of coming in second. You can often sneak a zero qualifying loss if you wait until near the start and a patient watching the exchange. I've done quite well with 10bet and their offer for this but never manage to hit the sky ones.

aye, I mean obviously each offer is different.

I would say a good one to start with is something like the betfair (choose a winner over 4.0) as it's just a simple back and lay

On the Saturday skybet / sportingbet (if your horse comes 2nd you get a refund) offers its more about going for the non favourite I would say

either way, use match catcher and you should be grabbing qualifying losses that are in the very very very low pence

Well it ended up ok...the horse came last, but I was sat staring at the odds for ages and for about 15 seconds I caught the bookie odds greater than the exchange so I pounced and ended up £2.40 to the good. Hopefully this isn't a sign I cocked up! Odds very quickly reverted! So no free bet this time but nothing lost :p

Given that I'm two months in and only started using the profit tracker on Tuesday....
I did try it for the second race but then the chicken was ready and it all went to pot. Needless to say I've not made my £20 for today! I'll have another go next week..

I'm rubbish at this!! I'm on it....:D
Good!

no point in paying more for qualifying losses when match catcher can make then MUCH LESS for you and you've already paid for that feature!
