Nervous about starting

Newbie here. Been looking into matched betting for a long while, read all I can find to read, watched all I can watch and yet still have a mental block stopping me from starting.

Also which is best to use oddsmonkey or Profit Accumulator ?

Any advice or reassurance welcomed

Hello @Phild if you have everything setup . i would just start tonight .

I am using profit accumulator so don't know much about oddsmonkey

sign up with PA and follow the video , trust me its actually the best way to learn.

Followed the videos but as I already have a Coral account (which I forgot about, only put 1 bet on which was over 12 months ago) I can only do the Betfred one, done that , lost 69p as expected so now waiting for my free bet

Got my 1st free bets today and got my first profits on board £33.83 from the 2 free bets. Took me about half an hour to place each one though, checking and rechecking

With the Paddy Power refund how do they refund the losing bet deposit ? Is it straight into bank or do you have to withdraw it ?

Not sure exactly which offer you are doing, but with the normal Bet365 risk-free bet offers (like 4/1 horses and in-play football) the refund monies should just appear in your Bet365 account and you will get a message to confirm the refund.

There are some great Coral offers for existing customers at the moment.
Check out the Bet £25 in a week, Get £10 free bets (£5 online and £5 with connect card).
Also, there is a double winnings one on the Sunderland game tomorrow if your chosen team wins both halves. (max free bet for this £50).
I bet £30 on Sunderland and I believe that this will cover both of the offers mentioned above.

You will need to mug bet with Corals or they will gub you quickly though. I placed a mug bet on the Nottingham Forest match too.

The offer is the Get a £10 cash refund if your first bet loses. The bet lost at the bookies.

It should be refunded into your bookie account rather than your bank account.
I would leave it 24 hours and go on live chat if you haven't received it by then.

Been going 2 weeks now, according to the PA profit tracker i'm £328 in profit but for some reason I don't seem to be seeing it, not sure if its because i'm doing signups or what but I just don't see it !!

Had my first gubbing today from Tommy French after 4 bets of the 10 qualifying ones for my free bet, feel a bit conned to be honest given the number of other people who seem to have the same problem with them including reading some have been blocked after only 2

Most likely @TobyKing your money is spread around different bookmakers and tied up in the exchanges on your in progress bets.

Out of order from Tommy French to gub after only 4 bets. Not sure its a very good business model by them as I suspect now you will just withdraw and not go back. At least they didn't wait until your 9th bet out of 10. I will add them to my list of bookmakers to avoid.
