Hi All!

Found this site through recommendation from another Mum. Have been looking around for a few days now and have taken the plunge and signed up :)

I've been at home with my little girl for nearly 5 years now, first few years I was making the most of being at home with her. Last year I signed up for a transcription company and worked with them for nearly a year but then the amount of work and the accuracy they wanted from me was way tougher than anything I had ever experienced (and I was a PA/Secretary for over 9 years!! lol) and it was just not worth the pittance they paid me (especially since it was paid in Euros and the conversion rate was not helping).

I haven't really done much since. I tried matched betting with Profit Accumulator and was doing okay on it, but then I'd reached the end of the sign up offers and the reloads needed a lot of money in my betfair account that I could not afford not to take out and use, but it did serve it's purpose for me and paid for my holiday this year and I did enjoy doing it.

I've signed up for Leapforce through recommendation on here so I'm keeping fingers crossed they come back to me.

I'm mainly looking for something to make around £300-500 a month where I can work the 3/4 hours a day whilst little one is at school. She starts in a few weeks so defo gonna need something to keep me busy!

I'm also on people per hour, have applied for a few positions and had nothing back. Found the site quite hard to use if I'm honest! Seemed the only way to get an employer to notice you was to pay the site some money to be featured, but I could be reading that completely wrong! haha

Anyway just wanted to say hello and if anyone had any other ideas of any other avenues I could try I'd be open to suggestions!

Many thanks in advance :D

Hey @Louise Robson

Fantastic to have you on here and posting!

I'm surprised you didn't have money for reloads after doing the Matched Betting sign up offers as you normally have made around £1000 by then and daily reloads need a LOT less.

If I'm honest I would say jump back in to the reloads as there are some fantastic offers around with it being the start of the season - just a thought anyway

Have you looked at smartphone apps like Roamler / task360 / field agent etc - lot of money to be earned there

Blogging can also bring in a great passive income as well!

Hi Jon! Thanks for the reply.

I think a lot of my problem was I kept having to withdraw from the main account to cover costs at home I should have left more in there than I did. I found I was only really making 2 quid on some bets. I do miss it though as I'm sports mad and loved being involved in it all. Do you think I'd need a lot to start up the reloads again?

I have not looked at the apps but defo will give them a look tonight when little one is in bed! Thank you :)

I thought about blogging but I wouldn't know where to start lol

You can jump right back into MBing with £50/£60 I would say - I've never put anymore in and have made over £25,000

Matched betting is definitely a great way to get more money, as you know. You can definitely build it back up as in the past I cashed out my bankroll a few times.
I would say to try not to touch the bankroll unless you absolutely have to, as you'll really hold yourself back in the long term if you keep dipping it below a certain amount.

I keep mine at £2,000 now.
