Okay so I thought I would start this diary as it will help me to keep on track. My initial aim is slightly unrealistic (to say the least) but not impossible.
Ideally I would like to buy an Apple Watch for myself at £649. I am prepared to lower this to the £479 version if need to. (£649 will get me the stainless steel Apple Watch with the modern leather buckle. £479 will get me the same watch but with the sport strap.
). My daughter would be happy with the sport version at £300 and I am tempted to get her one in order to enjoy my own watch without envious looks and comments. Plus, I will be able to test out features such as sending my heartbeat and drawing strange pictures as I don't know anyone else who is definitely getting a watch.
My target for these two watches is 10th April as I really want to pre-order as soon as Apple allow.
After this, my goal is to buy my daughter the new gold MacBook for Christmas which will mean saving about £35 per week but I will work on that after 10th April.
For now I am concentrating on 'extra' income which is actually my only income apart from child tax credit which goes to pay mobile phone bills, expenses for my daughter etc. My husband works full time and pays the bills, buys food etc. but I pay for anything our daughter needs and anything for myself.
The ways I intend to earn money are through:
Spare 5
VoxPopMe
OnePulse
Prolific Academic
WhatUSersDo
Ebay
Etsy
Cash Cow (I used to work on Adult Work and took from it one guy who pays me for texts, emails, photos etc. I have never met him and have no intention of doing so).
I am saving money in a separate bank account but with the same bank as my main account so that I can see at a glance what is in each account and can move money quickly between them.
So far I have £28.15 which came from the following last week:
OnePulse : £5
VoxPopMe: £10
Spare 5: £7.15
Ebay : £6.00
