As a lowly uni student food shopping is a controversial topic and one I've yet to master, I grew up in a well-off household so the concept of couponing completely missed me and haven't the foggiest clue where to start. Whats the best sites to look on for saving on my weekly shop and do magazines/newspapers still have the cutout ones?

A good start is topcashback. You can get cash back from a lot of retailers and they also have offers if you scan your receipts. Other sites are magic freebies or vouchercodes. Another place to look is supermarket own free magazines. If you sign up for a nectar card you can load offers which give you points on certain products. Couponing has gone high tech but you can still find a few in magazines or papers. At home we keep any we find in a pot in the kitchen and then anyone who is shopping can look to see if there is any thing they can use.

http://katykicker.com/shopmium is a great app to use! Use my code to get some chocolate or ice cream free depending on the offer. You buy the item, scan it, send them a copy of your receipt and get reimbursed via Paypal. I've had £100 odd now of items I think!

Also, look at websites like Latest Deals to get vouchers, and Latest Free Stuff!
