I did this offer last night. I wasn't sure what to do either and ended up doing two live chats and posting a query on PA. You have to calculate the £10 safety bet as SNR. Betsafe reduces your balance by the £10 until the bet settles. If you win then you have to roll over the winnings at odds of 1.5 or higher (calculate as Normal). My first bet won and I did get my stake back but I also have £22.50 to bet as normal. It is looking like my second bet is going to win as well.

The message I got from Betsafe was that it was part of a Christmas promo but I don't recall signing up for any of their promos as I had only completed the sign-up just over a week ago.

I did do the offer, but I messed it up. Took some wrong advice and ended up calculating as 'normal' then it won into the bookies. So now I have to wager too!! GRRRR!
So made a loss on this. My first mistake though, so I'm putting it down to experience and moving on.

Still feeling annoyed with myself though, my gut instinct told me it wasn't right - should have listened to my instinct! Or played with the calculator more....
