Will they move the lot easilly I am not very tech website savvy. If they do move it will that affect my adsense or analytics associated accounts as hosted differently or is that all based on the URL

Yes they will move the entire site so don’t worry about that

They moved 3 of my sites (including this forum!) and I didn’t do a thing!!

It wouldn’t affect your Adsense or analytics either :)

Signed up. Hope you get a referral bonus :D

Do I open a support ticket with the login details for them to move it all? and do I need to include the Wordpress logins too or just the Hosting logins?

Was quoted £60 by fasthosts for HTTPS:// and SSL certification. So on recommendation of @Jon and the site I switched to Kloudhosts last night and my site within 24 hours is transfered fully and now SSL certified plus free extension on my domain for the year.

Can not fault the service one bit. Smooth fast and actually quite enjoyable.

I hated, absolutely hated, moving my host provider last year, it was such a palaver! No way I was going to stick with who I was with (can't even remember now, thankfully) as they were charging a fortune after the introductory year offer. Any ideas who you'll go with next, @katykicker ? I'm with Vidahost at the moment who have been pretty decent so far, no problems to report.
I'm with Siteground now @cazkins and no charge for SSL xx

@cazkins I use Kloudhost and they moved everything for me whilst I sat back and watched the Sopranos.
lol, I was watching Dragons Den and did absolutely naff all after agreeing a time for them to migrate everything over.

They even setup my email addresses again and SSL Cert!

Was shocked at just how smooth everything was as I was like 'surely, SOMETHING is going to go wrong!' but even @DadsDoItRight has been through it this week without any issues!

It took me ages to get my HTTPS sorted for my blog. I ended up having to ask someone for some help as I’m not very tech savvy!!

Yep, I have experienced this too, once on a Sunday night! They also don't seem to mind my silly questions and reply with detailed step by step guides on how to do things.

I had (duh brain) installed wordpress in its own directory instead of on the site itself. I dropped them a ticket late on Sunday night and within FOUR MINUTES they had moved the installation up a directory and all was fine. They don't have a live chat like Vidahost did which is who I was with before but the paying monthly and instant response to tickets is great. I like the price for what I get as well, I have two domains and they're 2 separate sites entirely under the one hosting package for 2.99 + vat a month... happy days.

ETA - Also my other site got hacked, I hadn't updated it in ages and there was no clean backup so I've had to start again... so it's half Demo content and half actual website at the moment looooollll

So I'm with Vidahost and asked about how to install an SSL certificate but they just pointed me to a page where you buy one from them for £46 a year or install a third party one for £22.80. Is it possible to get them to do it for free?

They should tell you you can use LetsEncrypt for free unless that option has gone
