Hey guys so I have been posting to keep you updated on my Matched Betting and I have earned a total of £260 out of it which is very awesome! The only thing is I have moved onto reload offers and now getting very little in return for big bets! To be quite honest I have gone back to struggling lol...

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice or something else that I could also be getting some money from?

Thanks :))

Do horse refund offers each Saturday

Do acca refund offers (Around 4 a week if possible)

That on top of normal reload offers + a handful of slot ones each month should see you straight let alone what Cheltenham is going to bring us!

Hi

I have been plodding through the sign up offers since about November and have started to look at where to go next. It all seems very confusing. I know it's not the job of matched betting advisers to teach people how to use the bookies, but when you say acca refund offers, can you point me in the direction of instructions on how to do that as a matched better? Thanks.

I need more money in my exchange account, only got around £250 at the moment. The rest of my bank is spread around different bookies.

I watched the videos and think I've got my head around it so will have a go. Thanks for the help

I looked to do an acca today and there were a bunch of them on PA, they seem to be all with Vernons. I had a flick through the T & Cs as I have been caught out before by not reading things properly, and it says that 'Free bet token must be used on a multiple with a minimum of five event selections.' So I am wondering how that works in terms of laying it off? I don't recall that being mentioned in the PA training video.

Also, it may seem really stupid but I don't even know how to do an acca bet and the Vernons site is no help. There must be some way of telling the Interface that you want to join the bets together otherwise surely they will just be treated as single bets? I just can't see it.

If you’ve never done accas before I would suggest doing maybe coral or paddy power one

PA doesn't list Coral as one of the bookies, and there aren't any currently for PP so I'll just drop it for today.

I still have to venture into ACCAs.. I definitely did one once, but will have to refresh my memory.. Like you, I am trying still to work out what deals work for me in the reload world.

Think of it this way

EVERY OFFER WORKS FOR YOU!

Me and @Ani were just saying on another thread how if you don't do new things or try new ways of making cash with Matched Betting it's easy to get into a mindset of well anything beyond a simple back / lay offer is just too complicated so it's not worth the effort when infact you are missing out on loads of money!!

But my problem is time, so some of horse racing doesn't work for me if you have to sit near a computer to get a bet on quickly (Bet365 offer). Need to review ACCAs again as I know there is more than one method (I only did one) and I am nervous of anything requiring me to definitely do something on a date or time as it always seems to go wrong and I am taken away to some life emergency.

Only the bet365 requires you to be 'at the desk' for the afternoon

the rest of them you can just place in the morning and leave it ;)

I know i need to investigate it more, but I think most the horse racing is more of a punt (such as hoping you get second place) rather than a guaranteed free bet or something. One day I'll have enough time to get more into it! I started with extra places, then will look into some more hopefully on Sat.

Yeah don't despair, I just had a look back when I first started reloads in January and some days I was only making £3, and my total for Jan was £247. This month I've made over £800 so far - most of that was due to Cheltenham races to be fair!! I hadn't intended to do much at Cheltenham as I don't really bet on horses but the week before I just decided to go for it and read up on how to do all the different deals and use the different calculators and I just went for it and I'm so glad I did!!

But just pick a couple of bookies with deals you like and go with it for a week or 2 until you're comfortable and then add in other bookies. It can take a while to navigate bookies websites as some like to hide their boosts like Totesport and Betfred but once you get into a rhythem with it all, it'll become second nature.

To be honest I haven't even ventured into horse refunds yet, I mostly stick to Will Hill boosts, and various weekly free bet clubs with Skybet, Betway, Coral and Paddy - I'm so comfortable with them all now and after Cheltenham i need to expand my horizons so will start to look at them later this month

Good Luck!!!

I'll follow your suggestions there, Ani. I have been looking at finding a way of going forward from the signups, wanting to be systematic about it so I don't overface or confuse myself, which is very easy when you are doing multiple bets at once and trying remember what to keep track of. I've made a spreadsheet to keep a close record of my activity and so that I know when I've got further actions to take.

I want to start doing the accas, but I think I need to build up my bank some more first.

I don't know if I am missing something obvious (very likely) but I am trying to work out how to make profit from the William Hill price boosts. Even with the price boost, the odds on the exchange are higher, so how is it possible to make any profit by laying off? Am i doing the wrong calculation?

Sometimes the odds are boosted at the bookies, but not enough to make them profitable.
That's just how bad some bookies odds are .......

William Hill do flash boosts at 12 everyday which you can usually profit from; at least until they stake limit you.
I don't think I got on more than 5 ho hum.

You need to find pretty close matches in the first place to make it profitable. I use the Oddsmatcher on PA to find close matches and then have to go on Will Hill to see what it’s boosted to and then check if it’s worth putting the bet on, I usually try and get at least £8-£10 when putting on a £200 bet but you may need a good bank behind you to be able to lay it off depending how high the odds are.

I also use the Price Boost thread to get tips that others have found. In both cases you usually have to pretty quick once you’ve found them though. If you see something on the forum from 10mins ago chances are the odds will have moved and it won’t be profitable anymore.

It took me a while to get into it all, the 1st one I did I forgot to click the boost button... was so annoyed!! And there are some days when there aren’t much matches to be fair. Stick with it though, you’ll get there!
