I need to get into Trello

There's some other work I do that lets me export it to Trello but I've not really looked into the app, really should...
I find it useful for quite specific things. Other than mystery shopping my husband and I find it great for planning holidays, and at work we use it for allocating projects. It's become even better since they introduced power ups that allow you to link to things like your Google calendar. For the free version you're limited to choosing 1 power up.

Week 2 day 3

Didn't earn anything today but started the work for an email mystery shop that will come in during the next few days.

The phone apps and WUD are pretty quiet for work this week - shows why it's a good idea to have multiple sources.

With that in mind:
-Got my Leapforce registrations underway so hopefully will get the qualification requests soon
-Read a big chunk of the uTest handbook ready to do the qualification for that
-Watched the second webinar for the digital marketing course
-Did some reading up on blog writing on the TotallyBlogging page (thanks Jon!)

Week 2 day 4

Another quiet day but mainly because I had a lot on so couldn't do much. I did manage to start the uTest qual and submitted a cheeky little £1.50 BeMyEye fancy display task.

Red Wigwam keep emailing me job matches but there must be a lot of people registered in my area because the jobs vanish in an instant!

Roamler is looking hot for Monday so I'm setting an alarm for the task launch to make sure I can get as many as possible!

Question RE Roamler: there's a repeat of a task I did in the first week coming up but when I did it before I didn't enjoy it because the shop was tiny and I couldn't take the photos very discreetly. I can't remember what you are supposed to say if someone asks you what you're up to. Can anyone remind me?

Week 2 day 5

Spent a lot of time trying to find a bug in a website for the uTest qualification but I haven't found one yet!

Earnings wise I got a £6 payout from Streetbees and earned 30p from BeMyEye. Gutted I missed out on the blades tasks in my area. I wasn't fast enough to claim one!

£2 PopLive survey and £2 from Streetbees. The £1.50 BME task didn't get approved, so after deducting that, this week's earnings total = £31.30

I'm pretty pleased with that considering it's been a quiet week for Roamler and WUD. I got the date wrong for the big Roamler day, that's actually next week! Hopefully some other good tasks will come up this week though.

I've already smashed through my £150 target! :D Total earnings now stand at £156.17

Set up my account on Userlytics and passed certification for International Service Check. Redownload Yougov app to do surveys on there. Got my second blog post drafted. Squared everything up on Quickfile. Productive day!

Week 3 day 2

75p Surveybods today.

Apps and WUD have been very quiet. Started a £4 Retail Active task today. Mainly focusing on learning and sign ups to new sites with earning potential. It's slow, but I'm hoping it will be worth it in the long run.

After a lot of research today I finally feel like I understand how to go about setting up my blog now, so that feels like a good achievement.

Ooooh tell us more about your blog!!
It's going to be targeted at other mums like myself who had a good career going before they had a baby, but are facing hurdles with going back to work for whatever reason (not enough pay to cover childcare costs, work not offering flexible hours, wanting to spend some days with their child so not wanting to go back full time, etc.)

As I'm going through a big learning curve at the moment with looking into all the options that are suitable for working around caring for my baby I want to record what I find successful or not, and share this with other mums (or dads) in a similar position.

I've got the name, and registered my domains today (yay) but I'm holding off on getting the hosting sorted until I have a few more posts drafted. I've done a couple, and have a good list of ideas. Just need the time to write them now! I also want to read up on affiliate links, adsense, analytics etc. as I want the blog to earn money. Oh, and I need to set up my social accounts/pages as well. I'm spending a lot of time on Totally Blogging! I'm excited to get it all going. I think it will take me another month to launch it as I'm juggling set ups for web testing, leapforce and transcribing sites as well as fitting in mystery shopping (and looking after the baby obviously ;)).

This sounds great! Can see it being REALLY popular!

you could call it 'nevergoingback.com' 'nomore9to5' or something lol

Regarding the hosting, make sure you grab that £17.50 offer to the right as you've no idea just how much of a giant discount that is!!

Like the name ideas - thanks for the suggestions!

The one I've had stuck in my mind and which I've bought the domain for is Money For Mummy. Even though there are lots of 'mummy' blogs it sounded catchy and the mums are my target audience so I think it works.

The offer is really good. How does Kloudhost compare with Bluehost and Siteground as I've read good things about them too (with discounts available, but not as good as the Kloudhost one).

Week 3 day 3

What a busy day it's been, with mixed success.

First off, domains have finally been purchased for the blog.

Then I took a trip to the nearby motorway services where I had 4 separate jobs to do with 2 free lunches :D

Two tasks went well apart from the guy at one kiosk supersizing my meal without asking which pushed me over my reimbursement (and appetite (!)) limit so that was quite annoying. Then there was confusion over the fee which I thought had been increased but on the report it was still showing the lower amount so I've had to send a query email before submitting it.

I then had a Streetspotr task to photograph menus but it was actually very hard to get close enough to get pictures of the prices so I don't know if I've fulfilled the criteria for payment.

Finally a Streetbees task that was going well until I had phone issues which meant I lost the task from my menu before submitting it. So I've emailed them as well to see if I can still submit it and be paid.

Next I headed to a supermarket for my first RedWigwam task. Luckily I realised before heading out that my registration with them wasn't actually complete (I thought I'd finished it). How many different ways do they need to see my passport?! Anyway, got that sorted and finished the task reasonably easily, apart from the app crashing mid task.

Came home and rattled off a few more Streetbees surveys, so awaiting payment for them in a few days.

So, a summary of what I think I got today:

£9.75 Market Force
£7 RedWigwam
Some free food
Some free baby food
£10 Streetbees

I'll update the others if I get them.

This evening I did a bit more of my digital marketing course and finished the sign up tests for Intellizoom.

I'm signing up for these various web testing sites, but they mostly seem to fall under the Userzoom umbrella!

Siteground renewal price jumps up a LOT but it seems to be random with who gets hit by it which is extremely odd!

My Streetbees task was not recoverable :(

But I did get paid for the Streetspotr one, and Market Force are honouring the higher rate that I saw before I completed the task (thank you MF!).

So...

£4 Streetspotr
£9.75 MF, minus 59p overspend, so £9.16

And then also for today...

£5 WUD
£4 Retail Active

I might have earned more on Streetbees but I'm never sure until they actually send the payment so I'm not counting those for now.

Do you get much from Retail Active? Not done anything for them for yearsssssssssss but they had some pretty unique 'weekend away' assignments!

That's my first completed job with them. They seem to have a good amount of work available, but with all the MS companies I have to be picky as I need ones I can do around having the baby. They are one of the ones that pop up on the Presto map app which I find is the quickest and easiest way to find jobs in my area from all the MS companies that use SASSIE.

Week 3 day 5 - didn't get anything done today as I was visiting family and spent the evening with friends. Nice to have a day off.

Week 3 day 6

Roamler day!

I spent the morning finishing the mobile qualification test for uTest, then went out on a Roamler tour in the afternoon. Picked up 2 juicy £10 Sun tasks , and 4 of the £3 BB dentyl mint ones.

I also did a couple of Streetspotr tasks, one which was horribly awkward and the other which they won't pay me for because they had the pin in the wrong place and they wouldn't accept photos off my phone which I had taken in the actual location they were requesting

So, total for today:

£32 Roamler
£4 Streetspotr (pending approval)
