If you buy the battle pass, you can get skins/v bucks by just playing battle royale and you can get them quicker by completing challenges, like searching ammo boxes etc.

GTA has no possibility there as the in game money is not transferable between players so the only thing I can think of is makeing YouTube videos on it but it's hard to make money like that

I'd rather be all over smallpox! Fortnite is not a game you'll see me play unless it's a one-off for a hilarious stream or something. I'll stick to my subs and bits

I doubt that would happen. You could use a separate account for selling.

It's never happened to me in 3 years and even if it does, you can just make a new account!

I think it's pretty much impossible to prove and the ban would probably just be temporary or you'd get a warning.

I have honestly never been caught but if you are worried I would advise using a second account. You never know when they are going to update their anti coin selling mechanisms!
