Open a Fineco account with my Friend Code UK7486863 and we can both receive a £100 bonus deposited to our accounts. A great 10% return!

To receive the bonus, your friends must open a Fineco account with your Friend Code by 19/09/2019 and then deposit at least £1,000 by 11/10/2019.
You can then withdraw all this money. Depositing the money triggers the bonus and you can withdraw it as soon as it hits your account. (this was the case for the last promotion, i see no changes in the terms but you can message support to double check)

Fineco’s smart services include banking, trading and investing, all from one single Multi-currency account. https://finecobank.com/uk/apriconto/scelta-online-cp?cp=UK7486863

Glad to see that this has returned, @bobcat2010.

I know that last time it wasn't particularly smooth for everyone, but I was one of members who benefited from this offer, so can confirm it's real.

My observations:

1. You need to opt-in for the bonus via a pop-up which will appear between 09/07/2019 and 06/08/2019.

2. I've used this account's debit card abroad and got the best exchange rate, beating both specialist 'no fee' credit card designed for foreign spending and the other 'no fee' debit cards like Revoult.

3. There is a c.£3 card delivery fee.

4. Fineco use SWIFT for fund transfers which some banks charge for receiving.

Thanks for the additional information. :) Yes it was annoying they kept pushing the date back but it did come through in the end PLUS it's very lucrative for the the person referring and the person receiving a referral. So hopefully more people can take advantage of the offer!

great tips there @InItForTheMoney for anyone looking at giving this a shit this time around!
Not touching with my bargepole lol... Since the last debacle (which being fair they did pay out..... Eventually) I and those I referred got bombarded with threat letters about owing them money and we all got our accounts closed lol... Then I got a letter about this last week!! After they closed my account.. Good luck to anyone getting involved but expect all kind of crap from them if they eventually honour it.

I'm guessing this was the not so well disclosed shipping fee for the debit card?

How peculiar I never had any problems nor my family/friends. Which offer did you sign up under the deposit one or the trading one?

I didn't know about Fineco last time they offered this and therefore looking at this from a fresh perspective.

Just how awful were they last time round? As I say, since this is my first time hearing about them/this promotion I don't know if it is going to be a nightmare and not worth the hassle.

Please could I have a second/third opinon? Thanks

Ok thanks i'll go ahead with it. When it asks "What are you most interested in?", is there a specific answer I should choose to qualify for this payment incentive? Options are: Account and cards, Trading, Investing

Any, there isn’t a specific one that qualifies you for the bonus. Just signing up with a code and depositing the £1000

I went for account. It's a broad platform of offerings so It's likely so they know what is attracting customers.

Most users here had a favourable outcome last time, when i did it, Fineco changed the goalposts because so many were suddenly signing up, it took about 3 months and LOTS of hassling them to get the bonus, i had planned on getting a few friends and family involved, but tying up that £1000 for months wasnt so appealing. When i got the bonus through and went to withdraw it we were slapped with a charge (think it was about 15%) that no one else seemed to get hit with, turned out because i use a Scottish bank was the reason, many others i know who had same issues couldnt afford to leave the £1000 in and withdrew it, losing both the bonus AND 15% withdrawal fee...we then got bombarded with letters demanding payment for this or that (all ignored) then they closed our accounts... shortly after that they sent this offer!! (Even though they claimed to have closed account).. Best of luck with it.. at the end of the day they DID (eventually) honour it (well 85% anyway) and all the hassle really was tying up £2000 (mine and wife) for a few months, if you can miss the money for a few months then fine..

Keeping the £1000 in the account was never a requirement? Everyone friend I done it with withdraw straight after deposit and still got their bonus. Very strange :/

I just never wanted to try that, but certainly a few got nothing after withdrawing their money back out, maybe they never hassled the hell out of Fineco like i did... BP5678 dont be put off by my experience, as Bobcat will tell you we were very in the minority,
