If schools, colleges, universities and gatherings are cancelled, watch the mass panic shopping at supermarkets, it's going to be a free for all.

Well, looks like my gig on the 22nd is currently planning to motor ahead. As much as I need the £300, I'm not sure how happy I am about that.

Apprehensive about a lack of "going full China" potentially coming out of the cabinet meeting. I have a friend in Shanghai, and life is slowly but surely starting to get back to semi-normal thanks to going full zombie apocalypse plan for two months.

And that's just those who can get a test. A colleague recently returned from an Italian opera house has been waiting for a test for over a week, whilst having a 'feverish cold'. I reckon you can multiply that 590 by at least a factor of 10.

We have an idiot running the country.

Here here! Get this idiot out of number 10.

What pissed me off was him saying expect to lose loved ones before their time and they're actively doing nothing to delay this, they're just letting it play out.

Italy took swift action, our PM needs to get out of the fridge and act like a PM and make some difficult decisions.

In the immortal words of Malcolm Tucker, he looked like he'd shat a Lego garage.

Poor Alexander de Pfeffel - he thought he'd be able to glad-hand and bumble his way through five years in Number 10 on the back of a sea of platitudes and catchphrases. Now he'll actually have to do some work.

Only 8 new cases in China yesterday I think
You see, China have done this absolutely right - life is already starting to slowly get back to normal. It might have seemed draconian and horrific to us in the west watching that play out at the end of January, but it was the sensible and proactive thing to do.

Looks like it is slowing down, there has been loads of makeshift hospitals that have now closed down.

I don't think he knows what work looks like. If he can't sort his hair out, how on earth is he going to look after the country.

Apropos of nothing, an acquaintance of mine taught both David Cameron and Boris Johnson at Eton. Let's just say the hair thing has been a long-running diversion tactic.

That just sums up the current government.

That I think is funny is that the government decided not to cancel all big sporting events and so instead the sports themselves have cancelled them

Nice to know that there's responsible leadership and management somewhere in the country.

I'd quite like to be finding out about cancelled performing work for the next few months from the venues and organisations themselves rather than Twitter, however. Found out about one place of work being shut a week or so back from the six o' clock news!
