I had 20 when I checked mid afternoon and thought I would leave it till after supper time to complete. Went back in, no ads came up and thank you screen appeared, deleted app and reinstalled as another update on the app was on App Store and 20 ads appeared again. God knows what is happening with it just now but it’s a pest having to delete the app all the time.

Thanks for the update, I might just delete and re/install the app every day before I start to see if this helps. I’ve lost all confidence in it now but at least you still get the $4.00 a day for nothing plus the 50 cent 4 each ad but it’s still poor. I was getting the full $98 for about 4 weeks until last week so it’s frustrating.
below is my response to my 3 ads issues, is anyone else getting this. Tried again today after deleting everything including browsing history the lot but again 3 ads. Really frustrating and I just want to find out if this is an individual thing or a more collective issue. Judging on the email below it seems to be a more group issue rather than just me. It was all going so well but I think the up and coming week will be a poor earning one.
As per the update, issue has been reported to customer .Possible fixes should appear soon. Please keeping rating all ads generated on Messenger.

What a huge pain. The money is going to be especially useful right now and it's difficult not to rely on anything but hopefully it gets fixed el pronto for you.
I had the same issue again today as yesterday, and had to delete and reinstall for the ads to appear.
Just got their email about their response to Covid-19. Doesn't really say much but basically continue on as normal for the moment.

Well at least I got to write something different in my comments today...this isn't relevant to me as I am going to be super skint and couldn't buy it even if I wanted it!
Has everybody else's adverts taken up much more of the screen the last couple of days? I no longer have a "done" button at the bottom of the screen. I just get a "thanks" message and no bakeoffs. Unless I've done something to change the settings by accident.

Linking some threads together, staying sane and keeping to a structure.... probably more important than ever to make sure this is done and first thing.
Looks like 8am is the start of the new day so I am planning to get mine done as soon as I can each day so I know I have done it. The reporting staff seem to be still very active and so if there are any issues you have plenty of time to raise a ticket and it get sorted before you miss a potential day. I would ensure all issues are raised as I would hope they will not stop accounts at this time but it may be automatic and would hate for anyone's account to be deactivated.
