I think it must already be happening. My mum has been waiting patiently for the call. My dad who has already had his jab was picking up his meds from his local chemist and was telling the chemist about it. He told my dad not to worry and booked my mum in at another large local chemist that is involved in giving jabs! Apparently, some larger ones have been doing it for a while!
I am sorry to hear that and hope his doctor can help sort it out.
I think it's happening already. My mum got hers, she's 69 although not quite via the normal invite. But a lot of her friends who are younger than her were jabbed before her.

I've actually become friends with an 80 year old woman on the walk and she's hilarious and actually brightens my day when I see her. Some others go past and say 'fancy seeing you here?'...'are you following me?' every. single. day
Agreed. It's really difficult. I would just love to be able to go to a beer garden with my family and friends this summer. Really need a laugh and some good company (away from the house)! I don't even go to the cinema that much, maybe 2/3 times a year, but this week I have literally been desperate to go to the cinema!
