I find making a list at the start of the day helps - containing things I absolutely must get done that day and working through it. since starting that I find I'm procrastinating less and much more productive
I saw it mentioned elsewhere that they hire in batches. So it could be that if they start building a batch of new starters you could be in there for a few weeks waiting, or only waiting a day if they are just about to press the go button on that batch
