So I thought it might be worth writing a little diary on here so that I can share how I am making a little extra money which is, to be fair, blimmin’ useful! I am very lucky that I am not in any substantial debt (I pay for a car but keep up to date with my payments) so I take the view...
I did pretty well last month so I'm going to go for £250 this month as I won't have a bank switching bonus to bump up the total :)
This month, I will hopefully be taking advantage of some promotions on Euro 2020/21, a couple of focus groups lined up, and I want to start using things like Appen...
Didn't do too badly this month...
Current account switch £125
Mystery shopping £70.10
Total £366.87 / £200
For next month:
Need to look at Appen again, good money to be made there, and to pick up MB a bit. But I did pretty well.
First time I've taken part in a money making challenge like this, I always think it's amazing how much you can make using side-hustles.
I'm going to go for £200 this month and we'll see what happens. A combination of matched betting, survey sites and hopefully some lovely focus groups.
It's a dreadful site now. Glitches all over the place.
Sometimes I complete a survey only to be confronted with the login screen which says "Your session timed out, please log in again"... with no points credited.
Other times, I randomly haven't been given any points for surveys that were...
It's not actually too difficult if you break it down, though I accept that you'll need to (a) have free days / times (b) be persistent (c) be quick (d) never miss opportunities (eg don't drive past a MS location without taking it on).
I regularly travel out and about at the weekends. I reckon...
I do agree with this, although there has only been one occasion where my report was rejected due to a blurred photo which I stupidly didn't check.
With regard to StreetSpotr, I've had some issues with BK managers getting stroppy because I'm taking photos. Even on showing them the Letter of...
I'm going to go for a £300 target this month. I'm going to restart matched betting, but I will do this quite slowly as I need to build up a pot.
Mystery shops, surveys and matched betting will all get me there.
I do a lot of trekking around, but I'm hopeful that over time I'll migrate to the easier methods of making money (although I do actually enjoy the trekking).
There's some serious money-making going on here!
I didn't declare a target in this thread, but I did in my other thread - £250.
Here's how I've done:
Survey sites £10.90
Grass Roots £10
Total - £321.90 / £250
Going to try and (re)introduce matched betting next month... been a while...
Huzzah, after a couple more days hoovering up some mystery shops in places where I would have been anyway for work, my total for the month now sits at £311.90.
That doesn't include a £6 Amazon voucher I got from a survey community, or any cashback.
Next month, I will reintroduce matched...
