I'm the same, I was on the Feb campaign and didn't get on March and now been turned down for April aswell.

I have been with them coming up 3 years and was accepted within a month of passing the test. It does seem to vary.

I have taken screenshots to say I tried to pay. I only briefly went over the best practice info so will go and have a look thank you. I've been doing it with guidelines open but it's taking a while. I'm trying to pay by credit card where I can so i have a bit of cover.

Does anyone know if you can skip the ad on the mystery shopper task if you can't buy the product? It's coming up the merchant account is restricted? It's the same if I try to pay with card or paypal

I had the email offering an extra incentive to complete the mystery shopping test before yesterday aswell and have just had the email to start Monday. Will see how long it lasts.
